Positive: Quiet location.
Negative: Hundreds of spiders all over the place including the bath area. While this may be common and unavoidable in a farm setting, it would have been nice to have them removed just before a visitor arrives. We were genuinely scared because there were so many. Since our stay was short we didn't want to trouble our host, who was very nice. There was no mixer in the tap so the water was either too cold or too hot. Some leakage in the left side of the bathroom sink as well. Also, the Dishwasher did not work. Washroom was down the stairs so this was challenging with a toddler and we had difficulty taking our luggage up and down. There was no cooktop/stove but this was known to us in advance.
Summary: Okay for a couple stay but not family
