The space - Oak Haven is a second floor condo (top floor) that boasts one bedroom, living room, laundry room, full bathroom, dining room, and full kitchen.
**We are pet-friendly with no additional fee. Please let us know how many pets you are bringing. We also ask that you help us out by either keeping your animals off the furniture or by vacuuming before you leave. Although we LOVE animals desperately, Megan is allergic to heavy shedding creatures. This small task will help us in a big way!!! We have two fur babies that we love to travel with and know how important it is to have a space for them, too!**

Sleeping Arrangements - This condo sleeps up to 2 guests. There is a high end queen mattress in the bedroom
Living Room - In the living room, you’ll find comfortable seating and all the things you’ll need to snuggle up and watch a movie or sit and chat with friends. A large TV with Roku is setup in the space. Additionally, there is a custom-built desk with plenty of workspace with complimentary printing provided.
Dining Room - The dining room includes a table that can comfortably sit up to 4 guest.
Kitchen - Feel free to use the kitchen as you would at your own home. Bowls, plates, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, cups, etc. are in the cabinets, but there’s also plenty of room for any groceries you might need to pick up during your stay. You’ll find a coffee maker and teapot in the space, complete with coffee & tea, filters, sugar, honey, and some adorable mugs. Enjoy!
Bedroom - The bedroom includes a large queen bed, with 2 full closets for use by our guest. There are bathrobes hung beside the bed to help elevate your experience. In the closets, you’ll find hangers, a hamper, and some pool towels.
Bathroom - The bathroom is fully suited with everything you’ll need during your stay. It’s a full bath with towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc.
Laundry - The small closet in the hallway houses the all-in-one washer and dryer. It is perfect for small loads of laundry we find ourselves doing while traveling. (It’s genuinely just one machine that washes the clothes and then dries them). Near the closet, there’s a full length mirror (and power strip for appliances) where you can get ready for the day.
Balcony - By the back door, you’ll find a table with two chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the beautiful Southern Live Oak tree that inspired the name of the condo.

This is a gated complex with a punch code to provide privacy to the tenants. Parking is open once you’re inside the complex. There is a pool, hot tub, gym, and outdoor grill space that is for your use as a booking guest!
