Welcome to "The Nook" a spacious 3,568 sq ft home within the prestigious 5-star rated gated community of Arrowhead Lake. Tucked away on a quiet circle with 1.29 acres (wooded aside from front yard), this home offers serene surroundings and ample house & community amenities making it the ultimate location for a well-rounded retreat!
Upon entering the home you are greeted with an exceptionally large living room with 2 main seating areas. Gather in the TV sitting area for a movie night, or around the fireplace sitting area for a family game night! The fireplace is wood-burning, be sure grab a bundle of wood to use during your stay.
On the back side of the living room there are 2 bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed, as well as a full bathroom.
On the left side of the living room there is a set of beautiful glass antique double doors that lead into the game room and bar area. Here you will find the full entertainment package! With a billiards table, Air-Hockey table, darts, a collection of books, and a full bar with a refrigerator & stool seating this room will be sure to bring everyone together! There is also a desk and half-bath situated at the back of this room.
Next to the desk at the rear of the Gameroom is a door leading to a bedroom. This bedroom has two twin beds each with an additional twin trundle bed underneath. This room also features a couch and outside access.
Now lets walk back through the home to the right side of the living room that leads into the dining room and kitchen.
The dining room features a large wooden table with seating for 8. There is additional seating near the dining table at the peninsula.
Moving on to the kitchen that was made for entertaining! Find everything you need and more to cook great family meals and clean up with ease including, double ovens, 2 microwaves, 4 burner cooktop w/double sized burners, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, another refrigerator (in addition to the one in the bar), plus so much more!
You will find two sets of stairs in this home.
One set of stairs leads to the master bedroom and a full bathroom. The bathroom boasts an oversized walk-in shower, double vanity and water closet (toilet in its own room within the bathroom). The master bedroom is very spacious featuring a king-sized bed.
The other set of stairs leads to the children's bunk room. This unique room has a set of twin sized bunkbed in addition to two built-in twin beds with reading lights.
