Positive: The place was comfortable and spacious. A quiet and safe location.
Negative: However, for the price we paid i was a little disappointed. Furniture and decor was outdated. Couch and cushions on couch desperately need replacing. No shower caddy or shelving in the bathrooms to store toiletries. The shower upstairs leaked quite excessively. Overall, the place was not clean. Lots of marks on the wall and dust everywhere. A good spring clean, new decor and a fresh coat of paint would improve this property significantly
