A primary suite downstairs and additional queen + bath upstairs means there is room for your student to join you. The kitchen is fully equipped (if a home cooked meal has been requested), and sure, have them bring a load of laundry.

The space
Main level:
Cozy living room with Smart TV. Cards and a couple games are tucked into media cabinet under front window.
Well stocked, open kitchen. Keurig coffee maker with pods provided so you aren’t stranded without caffeine that first morning.
Bedroom #1 with queen bed and a little reading book. Ample closet storage and luggage rack provided.
Bedroom #3 with dedicated workspace (adjustable height desk) and an oversized chair that pulls out to a twin bed. You’ll find bedding in the closet.
Full bathroom tucked between the two bedrooms.
Downstairs:
Bedroom #2 features a king size bed and an adjoining bathroom. Each nightstand has its own Apple phone/watch/airpod charging station, so no worries if you forgot to pack yours.
You’ll find the washer and dryer down here as well (and a lovely water heater tucked behind the curtain if you’re curious).

You’ll have access to the whole house (minus a couple of locked off storage closets).
