Positive: Spacious living room and kitchenette (albeit the heating didn’t really heat the room up so always cold)
Negative: The extra very steep steps to get to the apartment , with carry suitcases up there as there was no lift in the building (not mentioned in the details of the advert on booking) Was given incorrect code to lockbox and made to feel a liar when the 2nd code given opened the box and there were no keys (even had to send videos as proof), had to wait for cleaner to lend a spare as even no keys in the emergency locbox either
