Great river views from inside the house, Winding Springs is perched on a limestone bluff above the Frio River. A rock staircase takes you down to your own picture-perfect riverfront. Awesome views overlooking the mountain range, cliffs and the Frio River!
The homes architectural design keeps you cool while giving you a river experience like no other. The main river house is a one story rock beauty with a wide, deep covered back porch overlooking the river and mountain range. Featuring two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms on opposite sides of the house, there's a rock fireplace, tile floors and easy functioning u-shaped kitchen with bar counter & stools. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom have forever views of the river and mountains.
There's also a charming, separate two story rock Guest House that gives additional family and friends their own private getaway. Upstairs you'll find a living room with vaulted ceiling, functional kitchenette, Romeo & Juliet balcony overlooking distant mountain views, twin bunk beds and a separate bedroom with newly updated tile bathroom.
