The large deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air. A covered portion with comfortable seating, features a fireplace to gather around and create memories to last a lifetime.
The 3 king guest rooms, all with mountain views, have been tastefully decorated and are sure to provide a peaceful place to rest. 2 additional queen beds are located over the garage, to allow for additional space for your large group.
You'll have access to the amenities Bear Lake Reserve offers including lake swimming, hiking, fishing, tennis, pickleball, seasonal pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, private theatre, rentals for pontoon boats, ski boats, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. The Lake Club (14,000 square foot facility) offers a variety of dining options, and there is a 9-hole, Jack Nicklaus designed golf course on property. Pets: The owners WELCOME dogs, so please let us know. There is a $200 non-refundable per pet fee with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. (This is NOT automatically added by VRBO, TripAdvisor or Airbnb, so please let us know so that we can add the fee for you)
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
