'The Mongoose' is a 5-star self-catering holiday home - absolutely safe, pure luxury in the middle of the African bush. The house is located in Marloth Park, a 3000 hectare, private nature reserve on the southern border of the famous Kruger National Park, only about 20 km from the Crocodile Bridge or Malelane Gate and a short walk from the Crocodile River. In Marloth Park itself there are many free-living native animals, for example kudu, zebra, giraffe or wildebeest. 'The Mongoose' invites you to enjoy the original African bush of the Marloth Park without giving up any amenities. It is a beautiful, fully air-conditioned, African-style holiday home for 6 people (4 adults + 2 children) with two master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, each with a shower and / or bathtub. On the ground floor there is an open living area, an open dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen with everything you need, as well as an additional large room equipped with a washing machine, dryer and freezer. In the cozy living room you will find a large TV with satellite reception, as well as access to WiFi, which is available free of charge throughout the house. On the upper floor there is the second large bedroom and a spacious, open lounge with two additional beds, a study, a pool table, another TV, DVD player and a telescope to observe the incomparable African starry sky on clear nights. For outdoor life: A large, closed and partially covered wooden terrace invites you to linger, sunbathe and relax. Or you can enjoy the view of the African bush, many of the wild animals living there and a large number of native bird species. Other special features of this house are a swimming pool with a waterfall, a sauna, an outdoor shower and of course a large fireplace for cozy evenings under the African starry sky. You will be welcomed personally by our guest manager, you do not have to worry about bed linen, towels or kitchen utensils. She is also at your side during your entire stay with advice and action if you need it. For your and our safety, the house is of course alarm-secured day and night and is looked after 24/7 by an emergency and security service.
