The Modern Peninsula is a brand new modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday house, which can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests. The beach house suits couples, families or the business traveller and is situated in a tranquil and peaceful street in Rosebud, with beach access only a short 10-minute walk away.
The open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining area boasts sun drenched natural light throughout for perfect entertaining any time of year.

The space also oozes relaxation with comfortable grass underfoot for the kids to play, with a fully fenced outdoor area.
The 3 generous bedrooms all have modern furniture, mattresses and gorgeous bedding including sliding wardrobes. In the master Bedroom enjoy a huge King bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 with queen bed is central to the home. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the kids with 2 single beds plus a trundle (no bedding is supplied for the trundle). You can move the singles together for a large bed option.
The main bathroom features a full-size bathtub, perfect for guests with families, the bathroom also encompasses separate shower and vanity with lots of storage including hair dryer. Just off this, is a separate second toilet. A large laundry is also equipped with a washer, dryer and all the necessities for your laundry needs.
Year-round comfort is guaranteed with gas ducted heating and air-conditioning throughout, as well as split systems larger areas of the home to ensure guest absolute comfort.
