***WHAT TO EXPECT***
~Due to the location wave erosion is a common problem on beachfront properties. The yard is significantly smaller than pictures showing grass.
~MY HOME IS NOT A NEW BUILD. The original structure was built in the 1940's. Whilst it is very beautiful and comfortable, it has the expected character and issues of an older beachfront home. Small imperfections and quirks should be expected. It is not a newly built hotel, it is my home.
~LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Banzai Pipeline (Ehukai Beach Park) is the most famous surf beach in the world. The world champion of surfing is decided on this beach every year. Professional surfers flock here from across the globe to experience the most perfect wave in the world, Pipe. The most successful surfer of all time will be your neighbor when you stay at The Miracle House. This location is extremely rare and what should be appreciated about The Miracle House on the North Shore!
