Positive: The place is fantastic. Carlos was there to show us everything when we arrived and it is obviously his pride and joy. The interior is top notch, we particularly liked the massive dropdown screen to watch films in bed, and the view from the balcony back to Lisbon is great, particularly in the dark with the suspension bridge lit up. I have no hesitation is recommending that you book this apartment if you find it available :)
