Summary: Firstly the place is lovely but is hugely let down by the level of service. I arrived to check in just after 3pm and discovered that it was a remote check in situation, but I had not been sent the details. Fortunately there were some builders on site who contacted the owner so I sat around and waited for 15 minutes for the person responsible to contact me so I could access the property. As I said it's really nice, but the ambience was somewhat let down by the topless workmen wandering around the communal areas. Finally I have repeatedly requested a VAT invoice from them - a legal requirement - yet have repeatedly been ignored.
