This recently constructed tiny house exudes charm and character with its captivating burst of colors, creating a delightful retreat that harmonizes perfectly with its natural surroundings. Approaching the tiny house, you'll be instantly immersed in the quiet and privacy it has to offer sitting on a 4 acre lawn and drizzled with shade from the oak and magnolia trees.
Upon entering, you'll find yourself immersed in a cozy and well-designed living space that maximizes every inch of its compact footprint. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, providing a sense of spaciousness and freedom. Smart tv's throughout allow you to unwind and watch your favorite entertainment.
The kitchen boasts apartment sized appliances, kitchenware and a coffee station. Whether you're whipping up a delightful meal or enjoying a quick snack, this functional space offers everything you need within arm's reach.
The bedroom, though compact, provides a peaceful haven for rest and rejuvenation. A plush memory foam bed adorned with soft, colorful linens invites you to sink into its embrace and drift into a restful slumber. Blinds & black out curtains allow you to fall asleep while being serenaded by the soothing sounds of nature.
Step outside onto the quaint porch, where you can savor your morning coffee or immerse yourself in the enchanting melodies of chirping birds and wind chimes.
Lil' Meadow View is one of 2 listings on our 6 acre property. Each with their own private drive/entrance and separated by plenty of space and a privacy fence. The right side of the tiny house is set up with a picnic table, small fenced area, firepit and grill. *PET FRIENDLY
*As with most tiny houses parts of ceilings and porch are lower than most traditional houses. And our furnishings/appliances are a touch smaller.
*Pet friendly and sleeps 4
*This tiny house is surrounded by woods, although we treat the lawn weekly and the house monthly, there is the occasional spider or ant possible in our hottest seasons. Also, raccoons, dear and other area small animals are seen wandering across the property.
Most dates are 1-night minimum with the exception of peak season & holiday weekends. (I will however accept last minute requests for 1-night weekend stays, within 14 days of check-in.)
