Family Vacation Home located in town with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 1 bedroom with 2 Queen beds, full bath on the main floor with living area, kitchen and laundry room. Master Bedroom and Master Bath on the second level with 1 King bed cable TV in living area and each bedroom. Outside there is a carport with BBQ grill and picnic table. Unit sleeps up to 6 people. Fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, range, full size fridge and washer/dryer. All towels and bed linens are provided. Close to downtown restaurants, golf course and just a 35 minute drive to Crested Butte Ski Resort. Blue Mesa Reservoir is a short 10-15 minute drive depending on what part of the lake you are going to. We own 2 other properties just steps away and can accommodate parties of up to 25.
