At the Marymaker, you’ll revel in style, location, and privacy! Built in 2019, this guest house has all the amenities and details you’d expect from a luxury hotel, but neatly appointed in the garage apartment of your dreams.
Whether you’re enjoying some cheese and wine before you go out, or savoring every last bite of your Tex-Mex leftovers, the super sleek kitchenette has everything you need--a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and corkscrew. The bedroom suite is as airy as a summer day in Austin, with a king bed, table with chairs, and large screen TV, and plenty of natural light.
Freshen up for a night on the town or rinse off from a day in the sun in the modern en suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with crisp, modern styling. You’ll be able to check “al-fresco” off your list when you stay at The Marymaker with its large outdoor covered balcony perfect for living and dining while overlooking a beautiful side garden and trees. It’s just the spot to start each day with coffee and end each evening toasting under the stars.

You cannot beat this location if you want to live like a local. Travis Heights is one of our most loved neighborhoods and the original "suburb" even though it is right in the middle of town now. Travis Heights is full of quaint bungalows and historic estates plus some modern spaces too. The trees are old and towering over the homes and streets. Neighbors and families still sit on front porches. People are warm and friendly. Locals gather and hang out at the neighborhood restaurants with family and friends. Owners, waiters and workers often get to know you by name. It's that kind of place!
Uber and Lyft operate in Austin and are the best way to get around town if you are visiting without a car.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
