The Marquis at the Regatta is on the 7th floor with beautiful full on views of the bay, as well as gulf views. Enjoy free Wi Fi and Apple TV on the large flat screen TV. The Apple TV can be used to connect to your own NetFlix account and play movies and TV shows. There is also standard cable TV All bed linens including duvet/comforters are washed in unscented soap. The unit has new, beautiful hardwood, hickory floors throughout (bathrooms and laundry room have tile). Our unit is pet free and non smoking. It includes a Nespresso machine and a temperature controlled wine refrigerator for your pleasure.
