The Marlin Darlin is a lovely 4 bed, 3 bath that sleeps twelve with two king beds, one double bed, Queen sofa sleeper and twin/full bunk with twin trundle in loft area upstairs. Beautifully furnished and in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach just for our community. Perfect bicycle heaven and multiple beach access points just a couple of blocks away! Golf at Santa Rosa Beach Country Club just 2 miles from our cottage, or have lunch overlooking the Gulf from their beautiful dining room or patio. Double big screen TV's in great room plus televisions in each bedroom and loft. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook that big pot of chili or shrimp creole for the family! Publix and Walmart PLUS the Donut Hole are less than five minutes from your new favorite vacation spot. Best rates you'll find for couples or families looking for a getaway for any season! HOUSE RULES Please no smoking or pets. Cottage available for Couples/families only. Responsible Adult must be age 25 or older. An additional informational sheet will be sent no later than a week prior to visit with checkout instructions. Persons/Groups renting through website that are found to be outside this criteria are subject to removal and loss of full rent and deposit upon check in inspection, or concierge visit. NOTICE: Security Deposit will increase to $1,000 while Spring Break rates are in effect.
