Positive: Location is very good. quick drive to alamo and the Pearl district. house is cutely decorating with clean bed linens & kitchen had everything we needed.
Negative: The front door was an absolute nightmare to open & lock, as the old house has settled making it very difficult. We had to slammed it shut & hold it, or shove very hard to get in. So much so that the ring door bell camera kept falling off. But without that, we could not have gotten in or out. The barn doors on both bathrooms were not able to slide easily and/or close securely. handyman can sort these out, then that would be an Exceptional place to stay.
Summary: Great location with so much of what you need provided, but the doors are an issue.
