Mindarie Marina offers a wide variety of coffee shops to pub style eateries, often with live music and special events. Our local beachside Café is within easy walking distance and offers a friendly place to enjoy good coffee and a bite to eat. The Local supermarket is open until late, and Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City for all your retail needs is within easy reach. To the North is Yanchep Lagoon and National Park, to the South Hillarys Boat Harbour, Mullaloo, Scarborough, Cottesloe and Trigg beaches are some of the places well worth a visit. Joondalup Golf resort, with its course designed by the Internationally renowned Robert Trent Jones Jr, is just down the road. Other local courses include The Vines and Sun City Country Club. Whiteman Park and the Swan Valley wineries provide a real taste of Western Australia. Easy walking distance to public transport buses that link to trains for a straightforward journey to Perth. Perth city is around 25 mins by car.
House rules.
- Prices are based on TWO people sharing the king bed. ONLY the guests nominated and agreed in the booking may enter the Property. If any other persons stay, the agreement may be terminated without refund. Guest names must be submitted before 48 hrs of check-in
- Strictly no smoking permitted indoors. Designated outdoor smoking area allocated
-No visitors or parties. Quiet time is observed between 7pm and 7am. Guests must not create noise, nuisance or engage in antisocial behaviour. This will result in instant eviction without refund.
- No pets permitted.
-No young children (under 8yrs).
- Swimming Pool may be used any day between 7am and 7pm. For safety, no glassware permitted in the pool area.
- Guests do not have access to the entire property.
-All breakages and damages must be paid for in full.
-All furniture is to remain in its original position.
-The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
