Welcome to the Maine Deck, a spectacular 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home that sleeps 10- Completely remodeled and ready for your family vacation! Located just steps from the beach the home features two master suites. two more bedrooms and two family rooms – space for the kids to play and adults to enjoy privacy. Over 1200 feet of deck space makes the house feel bigger than its 2100 sf of air conditioned space. Plus, a brand new bar area that seats 7, with a flat screen TV, refrigerator and sink - all steps from the new heated beautiful pool. Also, two outdoor showers! From almost every vantage point you’ll enjoy breathtaking views as far as your eyes can see – the Gulf of Mexico and Pine Island Sound to Cayo Costa and Captiva! Located only a few steps from the water and built on a rare two-lot site, the home provides you with total privacy without sacrificing the view. The observation deck is one of the highest points on the island – you can see for miles! Effective for all reservations beginning 1/22/20 - two golf carts will be provided. For guests that booked prior to 1/22/20, one golf cart is provided. We will rent our brand new second golf cart. Just let us know. Enjoy games of ping pong, ladder golf, corn hole or just sitting back and reading a book from our little home library. When you venture out to explore the island you can use the six-seater golf cart that comes with the Maine Deck - if you need a second cart we have one available. You can go to the beach, the pool at the North Captiva Island Club, or walk the nature preserve and see manatees, bald eagles and osprey, or your friendly neighborhood Gopher Tortoise. You’re in the land that time forgot. A remote location, North Captiva Island is accessible only by ferry or private boat. This private island community is reminiscent of old Florida as it once was during a simpler time. Just 3 miles off shore, this tropical paradise is part of the Lee Island Coast barrier island chain in South West Florida. This exclusive 3-mile long ½-mile wide private barrier island is only reached by ferry or private boat. You are met at North Captiva docks by our property management crew, which will provide white glove service by handling and transporting all your bags while you are taken on a brief tour of the island and get checked in. Picture old Florida living on a paradise island with no cars, crowds, high rises, or streetlights. The nearest airport to fly to would be in Fort Myers, Fl. Travel by golf cart or bicycle on our sandy native trails. Here, you will find no cars, no crowds. North Captiva Island offers a small town impression with just enough amenities to suit your family needs.
