The nearby Quill Mall, featuring a kids' indoor playground and grocery store, added convenience. The unit precisely matched the images presented. The kitchen's hot and cold water filter, along with the included washer and dryer, were notable amenities.
Negative: The only downside was that the couch was broken and somewhat uncomfortable.
