Welcome to Glenn, the Pancake town! We are excited to share our little slice of paradise. Glenn, MI is located between the lovely tourist towns of Saugatuck and South Haven where you can find great restaurants, great shopping, and friendly people. Come back to the Luckystone Lake House where you can swim in the lake, relax on the beach, go for a bike ride, or roast s'mores by the fire. The home is on 1/2 acre and features central AC, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, & four sleeping areas with comfortable beds: two bedrooms, alcove with twin beds and curtain for privacy, and a large sleeping loft. The kitchen offers a gas range, filtered water at the sink, (no dishwasher). Smaller appliances include a drip coffee maker, blender, crock Pot, electric griddle, waffle maker, fondu pot, and toaster. Cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc are all on hand in the fully stocked kitchen. Rainy day? No problem! There is a large collection of games, puzzles, high speed internet, two TV's and DVD player with a large collection of movies to enjoy. The home has a deck right off the living room with comfortable seating and a gas grill. Beach towels, beach 'toys', beach chairs/umbrella, boogie boards, bikes (4 adult & 2 child size bikes (don't forget to bring their helmets), badminton, hammock & corn hole are available and all included. Glenn is a quaint, 4-corner town. The corner store has everything you need. The restaurant is friendly, delicious, and has free wi-fi. There is a "magic" to this place that is hard to describe. Pack up the family and come to Glenn, MI for a fun getaway! *There are 83 stairs to get to our beach. - Lake Michigan has been high for the past few years, causing our neighborhood beach to vary. At times, it's been large and sandy, other times - it's small and rocky. I will do my best to keep you updated on its status as it evolves. There is always North Beach in South Haven and Oval Beach in Saugatuck. * Please note that this is our second home and in a quiet neighborhood. If you are a large group looking for a party house, this is not the place for you. We welcome couples and families looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat that is family friendly. (Quiet hours 10pm-8am.) *Cleaning fee is for "cleaning" not extra cleaning up of messes, or damage to home or items. Please be respectful and leave the home in decent shape. Security deposit will be deducted for unreasonable messes/damage.
