Welcome to The Lucille! This oceanfront home is the perfect location to kick back and unwind and offers the ideal location. You are beachfront, with a short walking distance to a number of lovely restaurants and a mile from the Tolovana Beach State Recreation Site. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home is ideal for an extended family or group of friends. This two-story home has a one-car garage and additional parking in the driveway for another car.
Upon entering the home, you will find the light and bright front foyer with a hallway that leads to an open-concept main living area. Straight inside the front door is the first of two bedrooms on this level. This bedroom features two twin-size beds and a desk for you to set up your remote office. The second bedroom is just down the hall and has a queen-size bed and a dresser with closet space. Between the two bedrooms is the main level bathroom that is spa inspired! This bathroom boasts a double vanity, light-up mirrors, and a walk-in shower that is tiled from floor to ceiling.
At the end of the hallway you will find yourself in the spacious main living area. With windows on almost every wall, the panoramic views are breathtaking - you almost feel like you're out on the beach. The living room has a comfy sectional with four additional armchairs, with a mounted Smart TV above the mantel. *Please note that the fireplace is not operational at this time. Adjacent is the dining table that can seat up to 8 comfortably. A door from the living area leads to a deck with outdoor seating for 4 and fantastic beach & water views. Perfect for watching the sun rise or set, you can hear the waves crashing on the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen is also part of the open spaced living area, and it has a ton of counter space, numerous cabinets and a large window over the sink with beautiful water views looking out over the deck. Perfect for making meals or snacks while the family gathers nearby.
Up the stairs, in the foyer, you will find the additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.In a closet off the landing is a full size stackable washer and dryer.The guest bedroom features a Queen bed, wood desk and a large closet with sliding doors. Guests staying in this room can use the spacious hall bathroom with a walk in shower and single vanity located just across the hall.
The master bedroom offers tons of space, is bright, open and offers a ton of natural light through the numerous windows.Wake up to spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean or end the day watching the sunset as you relax in bed.
