1 master bedroom downstairs (full bed), 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 1 futon, 1 bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top), 1 full bath downstairs and 1 full bath upstairs. Outdoor shower. Queen size fold out couch in living room. Corner lot, large yard and plenty of parking spaces for boats. Up to date appliances, "cold" window units in all bedrooms and kitchen/living room area. Sleeps 10 people comfortably. Laminate floors upstairs, tile downstairs. Wonderful upstairs deck and large swing set in back for kids. TV in main living area with cable (no extra/upgraded sports channels). Wonderful family fishing getaway or a great boys/girls getaway for fishing! Short drive to boat launch, front beach, speedy stop, dollar general and restaurants. Lots of space, fun colors to make your stay truly feel like a vacation! Outside charcoal bbq pit. Coffee maker.
