THE LOVE BOAT even has THE LOVE SHACK (freestanding 24’x24’ entertainment facility next to the sound water) with decking on front/back, pool table, foosball table, 55” TV/Cable/receiver with speakers inside/outside, and kitchen. THE LOVE BOAT greets with an under house screened pavilion, super pool and pool house, hot tub and wet bar. Outdoor showers and TVs in each bedroom. Level 1 has a grand lobby, half bath, elevator and laundry with 2 full size washers/dryers and 2 super master bedrooms (TVs and full baths). Master bedrooms 1 & 2 have sound front deck access/views. Level 2 has a grand multimedia room with 70”+ TV, surround sound, wet bar, and 4 super master bedrooms. Master bedrooms 3 & 4 have sound front deck access/views. Master bedrooms 5 & 6 have canal/pool deck access/views. Level 3 has huge great room and tall ceiling, half bath, fireplace, multimedia through new receiver and 9+ speakers (inside and out), large TV, fireplace, resort furnishings, stationary observation binoculars on deck, incredible view of the sound front and evening sunsets (amazing!). Internet access on each floor for better connectivity. The gourmet kitchen with double appliances, new gas 6 burner/griddle stove top/oven for the best cooking experience, granite counter tops, island and serving bar with beautiful waterfront dining areas was planned for big entertainment chores. Elegant grand master king bedroom 7 has pool/canal deck access/views, 70’+ TV, extra-large garden tub, custom tile walk-in shower with 4 shower heads (amazing!). Take command of your vacation’s most important moments from incomparable top sun deck pulpit.
