The "Look-Out" is a spacious property with breath taking unobstructed beach and coastal views.
The property is situated less than 300 ft. to Surfside beach. The "Look-Out" has a large spacious deck to view beautiful sunset. There is a private pond to enjoy for guests only.
Adding more convenience to this unique property there are 2 of the most popular restaurants in Surfside Beach within 300 ft. Downstairs is a large covered area with an outdoor kitchen and propane grill , cool off out of the sun, are also great for playing corn hole, washers, spike ball or watching a beautiful sunset.
We recently updated this house inside and out.
Sit on the deck or patio with your favorite beverage and enjoy the views out to sea and watch for the birds and other coastal life.
This home is ideal for friendly gatherings, families and fishermen alike.
There is a modern fully equipped kitchen including crock pot and blender- each bedroom has twin bunk beds and one queen bed. The living area has an adjustable futon sofa.
Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
Watch the sunrise and sunsets from our large deck which looks out onto the beach, bay, and pond.
Pets welcome with prior approval and paid non refundable pet fee $150

Summary: Our family loved this space and location. The house was clean and well stocked for cooking. It was so nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the view. The boys really enjoyed fishing, and the beach was easy to access for us girls. We will definitely stay here again.
