The loft is an open plan studio with queen bed looking to the ocean and a single bed in the loft area. Just across the road from Sharkies Beach, and a goat track directly to the beach.
A battle-axe, so peaceful, and right on the Austinmer boundary, so handy to Austi too.
Fresh quality linen & towels supplied.
Coffee machine & pod coffee supplied, milk & tea for arrival.
Kitchenette & bathroom with shower only.
No TV at the property, as it is set up for a getaway beach holiday, however, wifi available if you need to bring your laptop to stay connected.
The property has its own entrance, stairwell at the side of the main residence.
Well behaved /toilet trained dogs on application only, as no garden area, so they will need to go out with you.
Downstairs there is another residence with own entrance, that share the driveway, you can request to book too, please send an enquiry.
Small normal apartment living noise may be heard, however, due to rolling wave noise we've never really noticed when staying ourselves. Please be mindful of the guests below. The internal stairwell up to the loft is attached to the main residence lounge, & external to one bedroom window, so thoughtful minimal noise at entry and exit appreciated.
There is one off-street park near the NW corner forward of the garage.
Just bring your beach towels.
Walk to rock pools and two patrolled surf beaches either along the beach or via the roadside path. Great Cafes, long beach walks, rock pools, Gladstonebury Gardens great for kids. Surf, boogie board, snorkel etc. Drive to Kiama markets, Jamberoo Water Park or walk to local Coledale Markets every 4th Sunday.
Month stays maximum, will require additional bond prior check-in.
