It is located within easy reach of the world renowned Bay of Fires stretch of pristine beach, the boat ramp and is within walking distance to the local eatery, "Meresta" restaurant for a leisurely meal.
The open plan living allows for million dollar views overlooking Skeleton Bay, at the start of the Bay of Fires. You may be able to spot a pod of dolphins or hear the whales as they flap their tails onto the water. It is a place to relax, read, listen to music and of course, look at the sea.

The position offers the most breath taking views even before you enter “THE LOFT“. You enter via the upper level, through a lovely sun filled outdoor patio, with sliding doors drawing you into the open plan living, kitchen and dining area, with fabulous sea views through the large picture windows.
The superlative designer kitchen has everything you need for entertaining. A light breakfast is supplied. Provisions include fruit, a selection of cereals, ground coffee for the coffee machine or plunger, a selection of teas along with milk and sugars and basic cooking oils, salt and pepper. Electric hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, glasses, crockery and kitchen utensils, with a quality fridge. Integrated into the kitchen is a washing machine.
The living area features a comfortable leather lounge, large flat screen TV. Dining table and chairs for 4. On this level is a private deck. Open the sliding doors and go sit out and enjoy breakfast with your own private views overlooking Skeleton Bay. Listen to the waves as they roll in to the shore below and take advantage of the sheltered and sunny location with absolute stunning views which is protected from those westerly winds. Take the stairs to the lower level, and it opens up into a huge master bedroom suite. Relax in the huge king size bed, or sprawl in the comfy leather couch and watch the oversized flat screen TV - enjoy free Netflix with free Wifi. You can even walk out onto another small deck area, where you will find a gate leading you down the garden path, to the ocean below.
