Convenient location to Purgatory Ski and Wolf Creek Ski as well as Durango and all of the amazing recreation our area has to offer.
Downstairs is the columbine room with queen size bed, heating and a/c and direct access to the patio with beautiful views. Bathroom includes a stone, walk in shower and all towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Washer and drier is also included in the unit. The kitchen includes brand new appliances, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range and full sized refrigerator as well as bar top seating. Cooking utensils and dishes provided! The second bedroom is in the loft and includes a king size bed. Large patio is the perfect place to watch wildlife, listen to the birds, or enjoy a meal. Patio has a propane grill and seating. This is the perfect launching pad to adventure or serene spot to rest and enjoy the Colorado beauty.
