Summary: Check-in was not at the building we were staying in. Had a desk, but no one was there. Saw a sign that said to check in at another building, so we did that. Lake is not for swimming because of polluted water. All other lakes in the area are active with swimmers. They claimed it was because of the rain water. Didn't seem to effect other lodges in the area. The lodge itself had no elevators or handicap access. This was not mentioned when I made the reservations and it wasn't posted anywhere on site. Anyone off the road could come in and wander around. It did not seem to have any noticeable security. Called the front desk number provided and no one answered. I was able to leave a message, but that was useless, because no one ever called me back. Restaurants were fine; entertainment was fine; room and amenities were good. Very poor communication by the lodge's management.
