Positive: Location is excellent with lots of eating places immediately round the corner. The staff are very helpful and you get texts checking everything is OK. They are very responsive eg we said there was no kettle in the room and one was supplied very quickly. They have a free shuttle service to take you anywhere within 5 miles.
