This home is just a few blocks to multiple access points on the Monon Trail (beautiful 27 mile paved urban trail that stretches from Downtown Indianapolis, through Broad Ripple and all the way into the north suburbs). You can even utilize the Pacers Bike Share program with multiple stations on the trail.
You'll rarely need a car, and from our convenient location you can walk to multiple Red Line Rapid Transit stations on College Ave. Worried about parking in Broad Ripple, Downtown, or Fountain Square entertainment districts? Just hop the Red Line for a smooth quiet ride!
