TOP LEVEL:
This level has 3 bedrooms available: a King Master Suite with flat-screen TV and a large master bath with shower and soaking tub; a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 Twin beds share the hall bath with shower/tub combo. There is also a sunny den area with plenty of seating, game table and flat-screen TV and access to the top level sun deck.
MID LEVEL:
The open floor plan allows family members to share laughter and conversation in the Great Room with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers and a kitchen bar that seats 3. The dining room seats 8 people with views of the quiet surroundings around the home. A large King Master Suite is located on this level with a soaking tub and separate shower. The first of 2 Queen bedrooms is on this level along with a half bath. Enjoy the outdoors by using the outdoor table and gas grill on the deck at the back of the house. [Note: gas fireplace is not for guest use.]
GROUND LEVEL:
A Lounge is a wonderful place for the kids and teens to hang out. Plenty of comfortable seating, Foosball game and a kitchenette with access to the attached garage which has a Pool table. There is a Pyramid Bunk Jr. Master Suite with 2 Bunk Bed sets that has a semi-private bath which is shared with the Lounge. The outside amenities include a volleyball court and a private pool that measures 12' x 24'. An outdoor shower with an exterior half bath is adjacent to the hot tub located by the pool deck.
