Summary: Rude staff at checkin. No water, no help with luggage. Given the worst room, 13floor overlooking back of Mgh listening to fans and equipment all night. Marriott Gold member and cc holder. Travel the world with Marriott stays. I very politely talked to staff at front desk, was told they would give me a few points for my inconvenience. Boston is where I grew up, know the area very well and recommend hotels and restaurants to people all over the world. Not happy member
