Other Things to Note:
-Due to the historic nature of our home, we have to maintain a house-wide temperature setting. The temperature in all rooms is set to 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius). The entire house has to be on a cool or heat setting.
-We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
-Due to our limited availability, reservations must cancelled 14 days prior to of the arrival date in order to receive a refund.
-All cancellations must be communicated to and acknowledged by The Legacy Inn.
-Rooms requiring excessive cleaning or containing damage will be the responsibility of the guests and fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Fees will be charged at the discretion of The Legacy Inn.
-Events allowed with approval and a fee.
