1398 sq ft, so there is plenty of room to relax. 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex with dining area, living room, master bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a queen blow up mattress available that will sleep 2. There is also a couch that will sleep 1 additional person.

Our location is perfect for visitors to the Civic Center, Amarillo College, and West Texas A&M University. Enjoy Wonderland Amusement Park, Tri-State Fairgrounds, and the Texas Outdoor Musical Drama, held at the Pioneer Amphitheatre in Palo Duro Canyon State Park.
