We welcome you to our small farm with lots of animals: chickens, horses, donkey, sheep and goats. You can explore the wilderness and the nearby stream and return to rest in our traditional stone and wood cottage located in the heart of nature.
We offer you more than a gîte: the environment of a small traditional working farm.
Adults and children will be able to learn and even participate when possible. Observe a hen with her chicks, watch the milking of goats, count the sheep, pet Pomponette our donkey ...
A stay in our gîte on the farm will allow you, if you wish, to reconnect with a life close to nature, simple and natural.
You can fully enjoy the preserved nature that surrounds us: many species of birds and various animals (marmots, salamander, circa eagle, badgers ...), flowers, rich geology of this volcanic country, stream 5 minutes away, marked trails.
You can also pick chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, blueberries and blackberries, cook with wild plants and stock up on medicinal plants!
We live year-round in our farm 20 meters from the cottage and will be attentive to any particular question concerning you.
Description of the gîte: upstairs are 2 bedrooms for 4 people each, on the ground floor there is a 35 m2 kitchen living room.
The kitchen includes a 2-bowl sink, a complete set of dishes, a gas stove, a small fridge, 1 coffee machine.
The living room includes 2 large tables, ten chairs, a bench, a sofa bed.
Sanitary: 1 shower, 3 sinks (including one in a cabin) and dry toilets (= toilets not using water, look like normal toilets except that instead of going to the sewer, materials and urine join a large container containing sawdust)
