Positive: The hotel, decor, design, comforts and look and feel were charming. Breakfast menu, was superior. Free Mimosas, amazing!!! Robes and Slippers, Beds, COMFY! Towels, actually soft and not scratchy! Parking, Great! especially for my luxury rental car - very safe and secure parking. Wine tasting card with the invites to wineries, really excellent! The staff was friendly and accommodating, in the best way. Not lukewarm, genuine and authentically warm folks. LOVE. Plan to make my SFO to LAX stops here now. No more SLO hotels, that's done.
Negative: I was awoken in the morning by a very SCREAMING BABY that should have been placed in a room far away from adult guests. Might I suggest...another wing?
