Welcome to The Lakeview Cottage !!!
Our new addition to the collection of rental properties we have on Moira Lake!!!
Our cottage is built with quality detail and premium finishes. The Lakeview offers a 250 ft waterfront loaded with all the toys for your family and friends; one Aluminum boat with 9.9HP for rent, a canoe and paddleboat included with the rental. Enjoy the beautiful south facing view from our 40ft dock with an entertainment area on the water.
The space

Our cozy cottage is now completely renovated. MAJOR renovations include a new kitchen, floors, trims, doors, laundry room, beds, bedding and decor.
The Main Cottage has 2 Bedrooms each with a queen bed and 2 memory foam queen size pull out beds in the living room.
1 Full bath with tub/shower, toilet and single vanity.

This Cottage is very private and is built on a 1.8 Acre lot with 200 ft of waterfront directly on the lake which allows for a very picturesque setting directly on the water.
Our cottage comes with the following amenities:
Heat and Air Conditioning, Hot and cold running water, 3 piece bathroom with shower, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, TV, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, Propane-style BBQ.
Docking facilities are available for the cottage and there is plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers.
Important property maintenance is required and may arrive on a day of your rental in our schedule.

Beautiful fire pit directly on the water with over an Acre of private land directly on the water.
This is a South facing cottage with sunshine all day along with many shaded areas if desired.
