Summary: Lovely hotel with helpful staff that helped us with taxi rides and extending our stay. The room we got was big enough for our family of 5 and the beds were spacious. We loved the area of the hotel and the ambience was lively. There was a great variety of dining options, markets and the centre attached had coffee places. Even though it was within a gated community, we absolutely loved the atmosphere and seeing Shenzhen come alive and we felt part of the community. We would not hesitate to stay there again!
