The space
This home has a spacious living room, family room, and lots of outdoor space.
Kick back in the living room on a full-size sleeper sofa and additional sofa surrounded by stylish nautical accents. The 40” flat-screen has a DVD player.
Another family room is furnished with a comfortable couch and love seat, perfectly positioned to watch your favorite shows on the 47” TV. A pool table and dartboard provide hours of family entertainment.

The expansive kitchen is a dream to cook in. Ample counter space plus an array of gadgets and cookware are sure to please the chefs in your party.
Enjoy appetizers at the two-person kitchen bar, then head to the four-person dining table for a family-style feast.
This home also sleeps ten guests between four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each room has its own flat-screen TV.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and another has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom also features a queen-size bed.
A guest bathroom has a sweeping vanity and a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Smooth wood floors line the large screened patio and pool area. Relax in the shade on several chairs, or soak up the sun poolside. A gas grill is at the ready for afternoon cookouts.
Step outside to take in the ocean breeze on your private canal dock, tie off a boat up to 30’ in length. Please note the boat lift is not for guest use.
A custom-made beach area has four chairs and a fire pit for conversation and s'mores beneath the stars. Your rental stretches along 87’ of waterfront!

Parties. Please respect the space and the neighbors and keep noise levels down 9pm-9am, our neighbors are very strict about this and will call the cops if they hear a party or excess noise, so please let's avoid that.
Having more people than you listed on your reservation.
Smoking in the house. Smoking of any kind inside the home is subject to a $500 fee.
Any evidence of use of illegal drugs (ie. smoke).
NO drugs are allowed on the premises whatsoever including the backyard.
**We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind at the home or on the property. We do not allow more people at the property than are listed on your reservation. This is a family neighborhood and we expect all guests to be respectful of the home and neighbors.
The neighbors are highly sensitive to noise so we also do not allow loud speakers at the property. Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from the home and a $500 fine. You may only have the amount of people on the property are listed on your reservation. If you plan to have more people at the home or property than those listed on your reservation, you need to contact us in advance to get approval. Failure to do so may result in eviction.
Safety is very important, we take great care with our protocol:
