Summary: Welcome to The Inns! We are a brand of luxury vacation homes. All of our Inns are upscale, newly renovated, and professionally decorated. Custom finishes throughout this house showcase celebrated local artists and interior designers. We are located in the heart of downtown Charleston. Only four blocks off famous King Street. This beautiful apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and enjoys total privacy for your utmost comfort. Please note that we DO NOT provide parking for this unit. If you are driving in, the closest parking garage is the Midtown Garage. Or try the Visitors Center garage at 73 Mary Street. The daily rate is $18 (prices may vary). The Space: Enjoy full access to our luxury suite featuring 2 queen beds and 1 full shared bath. The bedrooms have a queen bed with a TV mounted and privacy doors. There is a kitchenette with Keurig and sink. Full bath with walk-in shower that is shared between the two bedrooms. Please note there is NOT a living room or seating available in this rental. You'll be staying inside one of the trendiest neighborhoods in downtown Charleston. Only four blocks off King Street, you are a short walk away from many of the best shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, and bars that the “Holy City” has to offer. We are also just a short drive from The Battery, and only 20 minutes away from Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island and Folly Beach. Staying here will be an experience you won't soon forget! Guest Access: This rental 90 C is located on the first floor of the white house on 90 Spring Street. To access 90 C, please enter first through the front door on the porch (separate keycode). Once inside, there is a door straight ahead that will lead you into the foyer. Once inside the foyer, go past the stairway on your right and head down the hallway. Unit 90 C door will be just ahead. You will enjoy full privacy as there is no shared space inside. Please note that there are around 3 steps to get into the home. We use keyless entry to access our home. You will receive the codes on the day of your arrival. The Neighborhood: Our home is located just four blocks off King Street in the highly sought after Cannonborough / Elliotborough neighborhood of historic downtown Charleston. This neighborhood has become known as the “Gateway to the Peninsula,” and is home to several local restaurants, bars, shops, casual eateries, and other small boutiques. The surrounding streets have a great energy, and everything you could possibly want is just a short walk away! Getting Around: If you are driving in, we recommend you utilize a local parking garage nearby, the Midtown Garage. Their address is 558 King St, Charleston, SC 29403. Or try the Visitors Center garage at 73 Mary Street. If you are flying in, you can easily walk around or grab an Uber/Lyft as well as pedi-cabs or other taxi services. Other Things to Note: Check-In is at 4PM. Check-Out is at 11AM.
