Summary: Welcome to The Inns! We are a brand of luxury vacation homes. All of our Inns are upscale, newly renovated, and professionally decorated. Custom finishes throughout this purple jelly bean house showcase celebrated local artists and interior designers. We are located in the heart of downtown Charleston. Only two blocks off famous King Street. This beautiful 6 bedroom historic home has 6.5 baths plus 2 full kitchens. There are porches to enjoy and three complimentary parking spots. The Space: Enjoy full access to this luxury home featuring 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and 2 full kitchens. There are 5 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 queen pull out sofas. All of the bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms. All 6 full baths feature a walk-in shower. There is ample living room and dining space throughout. Each kitchen comes equipped with gas stove/ovens, refrigerators with ice makers, microwaves, toasters, Keurigs, and basic pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. There are also several mounted flat screen TV's. This is a 2 story duplex. There are 3 bedrooms and a kitchen on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms and a kitchen on the second floor. Each full bathroom is attached to a bedroom and private. We provide three complimentary parking spots behind the house. You'll be staying inside one of the trendiest neighborhoods in downtown Charleston. Only two blocks off King Street, you are a short walk away from many of the best shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, and bars that the “Holy City” has to offer. We are also just a short drive from The Battery, and only 20 minutes away from Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island and Folly Beach. Staying here will be an experience you won't soon forget! Guest Access: This rental 40 ABCDE is for the entire purple house on 40 Spring Street. Units A, B and C make up the whole first floor. The entrance for A and B is inside the foyer through the door of the side porch (separate key code). There is a door on the back porch that goes directly into Unit C. Units D and E make up the whole second floor. Enter the foyer located behind the door of the side porch where you will see stairs leading up to the units. Please note that there are around 3 steps to get into the home. We use key-less entry to access our home. You will receive the codes on the day of your arrival. The Neighborhood: Our home is located just two blocks off King Street in the highly sought after Cannonborough / Elliotborough neighborhood of historic downtown Charleston. This neighborhood has become known as the “Gateway to the Peninsula,” and is home to several local restaurants, bars, shops, casual eateries, and other small boutiques. The surrounding streets have a great energy, and everything you could possibly want is just a short walk away! Getting Around: If you are driving in, there are three designated parking spots for you in the back. If you are flying in, you can easily walk around or grab an Uber/Lyft as well as pedi-cabs or other taxi services. Other Things to Note: Check-In is at 4PM. Check-Out is at 11AM.
