Positive: Our host was excellent at communicating. He sent us a video showing us exactly where the lock box was located and how to get into the building. He provided multiple safe parking options. The unit is large with two comfortable chairs to relax in , The kitchen was stocked well enough that we could cook without difficulty and a grocery store is very close. There was a heat wave and the air conditioning kept up with it well. The bed was comfortable. We were able to do the laundry in the unit without difficulty. The location is great for exploring Milan; it is right at a transportation hub and it was easy to get around. It was quiet despite being right in a dense urban location. It really felt like home.
Negative: There was nothing that we did not like. A microwave would be a nice addition. Also a few basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, oil. These are minor issues and we would happily stay there again.
