This listing is on a shared property with two other houses and some areas (dock, beach, beach patio) are shared with all guests.** Stay at this luxurious home with a rustic cabin feel for your next getaway! Enjoy unparalleled views of beautiful Burt Lake. Cook your dinner out on the patio grill to enjoy the sunset experience or stay inside to use the fully equipped kitchen that has everything you might need! After dinner enjoy tea in the sun room, a cocktail out on the patio or s'mores by the fire. During the day there is plenty to do! Play with the complimentary beach toys, paddle boards or kayaks, go for a walk on the scenic driveway, splash in the beautiful waters of Burt Lake or enjoy a board game inside the house with friend and family. The house is a perfectly central location to many beautiful sights and things to do in Indian River, Cheboygan, Petoskey, Traverse City or even the UP! Special features of this house include a sun room, manicured lawn, comfortable patio, sandy beach area, sunbathing dock, outdoor grill, fire pit and a spacious, open concept layout. The house has 3 rooms and 4 bathrooms: 1. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, private patio and attached master bath with an extra large jet tub, walk in shower, private toilet area, dual sinks and a walk-in closet. 2. Guest room 1 features a king bed and access to the patio. The connecting bathroom (adjoining to guest room 2) features it's own toilet, sink, walk-in shower and closet. 3. Guest room 2 has a king bed and full/twin bunk bed. The connecting bathroom (adjoining to guest room 1) features it's own toilet and sink. There is also a library/game room and sun room. Optional add-ons: toddler bed, crib, inflatable king mattress. This house has a cottage and a cabin on the property available for rent as well: Property ID - 9346399 Property ID - 9346456 Please let me know if you are interested in booking all three. All three listings are stand-alone but are on the same property with a shared dock, patio landing and beach area. They all have their own yard space, grill and fire ring.
