Neat and tidy pre- loved, rustic 3 bedroom, brick holiday home located in Awanui, 8 kilometers north of Kaitaia. Located within walking distance to the local shops including Awanui hotel and a petrol station. Also the home is situated 9 kilometres away from the Ninety Mile beach as well as other beaches along the east coast. An hour and 20 minutes drive to Cape Reinga, Spirits Bay, Taputaputa beach and other beaches are well worth the drive north. Then closer is Pukenui wharf with a restaurant,dairy and bottle store nearby, with Houhora Heads and its amenities as well a close up view of Mt Camel(Maunga Tohoraha) on your way back from the far north.The home itself has a wheelchair ramp entrance. Inside you will find a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining room together. Electric stove/oven, fridge /freezer and microwave oven, washing machine and clothes dryer.The home also contains a wet floor shower as well as a toilet,both wheelchair friendly. Free WiFi, to help you stay in touch with your family and friends. Large selection of cutlery,plates, cups,glasses, pots and pans. Also an electric jug, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, iron ,ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer. Property also has a garage(not for vehicles) on it, with a fridge/freezer as well as a chest freezer. Also a 4 burner hotplate B.B.Q with gas bottle. Inside the garage is a small bar area for a nice quiet wind down after a busy day.
