Positive: This is in an older building in a part of downtown St. Pete that's being revitalized. The apartment was very cozy, everything worked well, and it was lovely to be able to sit on the front porch in the morning sun and have coffee. Also the instructions on parking and the responsiveness of the host were superb.
Negative: Since it's an older building, it's a walkup, and since it's the third floor, with a lot of luggage, that would have been good to know in advance.
Summary: Great host, very nice apartment, good location.
