THE SPACE:
Located in the Muscatel Flats complex, this condo has a new full kitchen, dining perch for two, spacious living room with sectional couch and access to a stunning outdoor patio and dining area. The full bath has a shower / tub combination and the bedroom has a queen bed, ample storage space and a calming western view of the ski area and wetlands.
This condo is situated just off the banks of the San Miguel River with town park on the other side. This condo is a top level unit with UNOBSTRUCTED views of our legendary Ajax peak, Bridal Veil Falls and the Bear Creek preserve. There is a covered parking spot for the unit within the ground level garage. The unit was recently remodeled and has an elegant and modern feel. The shared hot tub is on the ground level and close to the river and river trail.
