This property is easy ski in/ski out access to Sam's Ski hill in the Winter & bike in/bike out in the summer &hiking trails. 10min walk to Eagle Lake. ATV/snowmobile.

Lower level - has a wet bar with a dart board, full bathroom, living room with smary TV & XBOX ONE, games room with old school stand up arcade, professional fooseball table, bubble hockey and office desk. Also, a mud room / equipment room for your skis and boards.
Guests have full access to everything in the house as well as all of the outdoor space
Right on the edge of Sir Sam's ski hill (Dingle Run), nestled in a forest surrounded by privacy, streams and nature! Eagle / Moose lake beach, boat launch and playground only 2 mins away. Access year round!
